Modern Application Development with Agentic AI

It must be noted that it has never been easier to create applications and maintain three codebases—a web codebase, a native Android codebase with Kotlin, and a native iOS codebase with Swift—while working on the same functional alignments and using agentic AI applications like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Google Antigravity to develop these kinds of applications.

Multi-Agent Workflows and Development

The advantage is that development is now greatly facilitated. The use of three different agents, three different agent sessions, or even multi-agents per session—such as Claude with ultracode mode that launches multiple agents for development, or Antigravity with its agent team that enables parallel development per session—along with the automation of browser sessions like the Chrome session agent, allows us to have an end-to-end workflow not only for development, but also for publication and the compliance required for each mobile application, whether for Google Play publishing or the Apple Developer Program.

Platform Compliance and Publishing Operations

There are platform-specific requirements for each platform, as these marketplaces have their own requirements and enforce compliance for services across different local regions. For developers or founders in European zones, there are specific regulations that must be complied with, covering both platform compliance and regulatory compliance.

Publishing-related operations and management used to be a tedious process that required rigor and diligence to publish applications, even in internal testing mode. It was not simple and required skills outside of core engineering. Today, thanks to agentic AI and agentic engineering, defining end-to-end workflows is greatly simplified; one simply needs the ability to steer the tools and understand what they are doing.

Security Key Management

Security key management must also be heightened. On one hand, these agentic platforms refuse to manage security keys, whether private API keys or account creation credentials (as in Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex sessions, which provide warnings regarding key management while allowing users to manage them as they see fit). The same applies to key storage, where we are warned that storing keys in Git repositories is a bad practice, especially in distributed teams. However, this process is now greatly simplified.

One-Person Companies and End-to-End Capabilities

Once a certain level of mastery with these agentic AI tools is reached, an individual can operate as a one-person startup or a one-person enterprise. This allows a single person to:

• Develop and engineer applications
• Design UI/UX using tools like Claude Design or Google Stitch
• Create 2D and 3D models, logos, and graphical styles
• Define a design system with a design.md file
• Maintain consistent branding through to the fully developed end-to-end application
• Generate compliance pages if a regulatory review is required

Everything can be completed entirely end-to-end.
